WLS Dolls

1. Can we style the doll's hair?
Anya, Zaza and Maya's hair can be styled. Luna's hair is not meant for styling.

2. Some doll looks are sold out, will they be coming back?
Almost all the doll clothes are made from recycled fabrics. Once an outfit is sold out,we will not be able to source the same fabric again. However, if it's a clothing style that you like, please write to us at shop@wildlittlesociety.com and we would love to re-create some of those styles based on popular demand.

3. Will you create extra interchangeable clothes for the dolls?
Yes, we are already working on it!

4. Do you take custom orders?
We don't at the moment. However if it's an order of 10 dolls or more we could see what we can do to accommodate your request.

Shipping

1. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our shipping partners so you can check the status of your package.

2. Where do you ship?
We ship domestically and internationally to numerous countries.

3. Do I have to pay import duties/taxes/customs if I live outside India?
Please be advised that international orders may incur a Customs or duty charge. Wild Little Society does not have any control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be. Customs and duty charges are based on a country’s import regulations and policies. For additional information, we recommend contacting your country’s Customs office. 

4.How do you calculate shipping, taxes, and duties?
We offer FREE shipping in India on orders over Rs. 7000. For orders below Rs.7000/- Shipping charges are calculated as per Rs.200 Per doll

For other countries ,shipping is calculated based on your shipping location, the number of units, and the weight of your order.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means displayed product prices are exclusive of all import duties. Taxes and duties are set by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order.

You will be presented with all of these costs at checkout before you make the payment. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in; payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

5. How long will it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are scheduled to arrive within 3-5 business days (in India) and 7-9 business days for other countries from when it's shipped. 

6. Could I change the shipping address of an order?
Shipping address can only be modified before the order is billed or shipped. We strive to be as flexible as possible, however, we also ship your order promptly to make sure you receive it quickly.

7. What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including pin code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

8. Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses?
To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

9. I did not receive my order. What should I do?
Orders within India are delivered in 3-5 business days and to other locations, it is delivered in 7-9 business days. If your order has not arrived in this time frame, please contact us with your order number at shop@wildlittlesociety.com

10. I made more than one purchase this month. Can they ship together?
Yes! Just drop us an email at shop@wildlittlesociety.com to let us know you would like us to consolidate your orders. Please note that multiple orders may ship together but will still be posted on your credit card statement separately.
